Q. What does TP Systems expect from their candidates? 

A. We expect honesty, integrity, professionalism, realistic expectations, and respectful attitude.  You can expect the same from us. 

Q. Why would I want to contract through TP Systems IT Staffing?

A. TP Systems IT Staffing will leave you with more time, as we take care of the following time consuming tasks:

Managing  WCB payments and insurance for our contractors.

Managing contracts so that you can finish one and move straight to the next
     without large gaps which can occur when you are working independently.

 

Q. I submitted my resume to a job posting on the website. Do I need to re-submit my resume for other opportunities? 

A. No. Once you have successfully uploaded your resume, we will retain your information for future opportunities. There is no need to submit your information more than once.

Q. Does TP Systems offer only contract jobs?

A. No. TP Systems offers contract and full-time opportunities. Some of our assignments are Contract-to-hire.  This allows both you and the client a chance to determine whether a particular job is a good fit.  You may also request to only be considered for permanent placement. Please discuss this with the recruiter during your initial conversation.

Q. What kind of companies work with TP Systems?

A. TP Systems works with all sizes of business, from small independent companies to large multi-national corporations.  We work with government, private and public sector organizations.

Q. How do I know where my resume has been sent?

A. Your resume will not be sent to any client without your consent. You will be contacted for each submission to verify that your background meets the requirements for the position, that you are interested in the position and that you are available. We never submit a resume without the candidate's approval.
