Frequently Asked Questions
- Q. How many resumes can I expect to receive for each job opening?
- A. TP Systems typically selects 2-3 short listed candidates for each position. These candidates have been personally interviewed by us and references have been checked.
- Q. Where do the interviews usually take place?
- A. Some clients prefer to interview at their own office, whereas some clients will spend half or a whole day interviewing at TP Systems office to avoid distractions and to focus only on the interviews which usually results in a faster decision. It is entirely up to you where and how you wish to schedule the candidate interviews.
- Q. What happens after we make a decision on which candidate we want to hire?
- A. TP Systems will negotiate the salary on your behalf and make the offer to the candidate. Our client then prepares an offer letter to the candidate including salary, benefits and start date. TP Systems will meet with the candidate and have all paperwork signed and returned to you within 48 hours.
- Q. What happens if the candidate does not work out?
- A. This is a very unusual occurrence. However, if the candidate terminates his employment or has to be terminated by our client due to inability to perform the job he/she was hired to do, then TP Systems offers a guarantee which is outlined in our placement agreement.
- Q. Are we eligible for a discounted placement fee if we use TP Systems exclusively, or if we hire multiple candidates?
- A. When our clients agree to use our services exclusively, TP Systems offers preferred rates and rates can be negotiated based on the number of candidates being hired within a specified time period.
