Vancouver, BC, October 18, 2006 - TP Systems announced today that it was awarded a
silver medal for its adoption management system, AdoptionLynx, at the 2006
Channel Elite Awards Gala. The awards gala, held at the Paramount Conference
Centre in Toronto on October 18, recognizes innovative IT channel solution
providers from all over Canada.
TP Systems won its medal in the 2006 Best Enterprise Solution category for 251
users or more. Its adoption web-based case management system was developed
originally for British Columbia’s Ministry of Children and Family Development to
aid in the process of uniting children with loving and permanent families.
AdoptionLynx streamlines the entire adoption process. It manages the
registration, matching, and intake of adoptive children and prospective
families; the tracking of exchange and post adoption openness agreements; and
the birth father, reunion and post adoption assistance registry.
An innovative feature of AdoptionLynx is its Pseudo-matching Module. The module
allows adoption workers to create what-if scenarios that provide information
useful for increasing the likelihood of a successful match between a prospective
adoptive family and a child in temporary care.
The Channel Elite Awards are held annually and are organized by IT Business
